1. Q:What is the difference between the ClipZone website and the ClipZone mobile application?
A:Both the ClipZone website and the ClipZone mobile application have the same coupons, the same pouch for your stored coupons, and the same tools to create settings. You might be more likely to redeem online coupons using your computer, while the mobile coupons are redeemed using “Show and Save” in the ClipZone mobile app.

The ClipZone mobile app has some features that take advantage of the device’s ability to find your location. Those features include:

  • A Near Me tool to find coupons near you
  • An Alert tool to let you know when you’re near a location with a coupon you might like
  • An AutoClip tool that automatically clips coupons to your pouch whenever you’re near a location with a coupon you might like

The ClipZone website offers a web browser plug-in called the ClipZone Clipper™ that allows you to clip coupons to your ClipZone pouch from other websites.
2. Q:I forgot my password. What should I do?
A:On the ClipZone website, complete the forgot password form to retrieve your password.
3. Q:On the ClipZone mobile app, the maps don’t show up on my phone or I get an error when I look at the maps. How do I see the maps?
A:Download Google Maps on your device.
4. Q:How do you use my location in the ClipZone mobile app?
A:In the ClipZone mobile app, your current location is used to find coupons near you. This can be done when you’re in a mall, walking, or driving. You can search for coupons in a specified location using Find on the ClipZone mobile app or on the ClipZone website.

5. Q:How can I see coupons that are just for the places I like to shop, convenient to where I live?
A:Set Preferences for favorite categories and retailers,. To see only coupons that match, turn Preferences ON when searching for coupons.
6. Q:Why can’t I see the coupon code anymore when I try to redeem the coupon?
A:Some coupons may have a limited number of uses. When you click to redeem a coupon, it is the equivalent of “using” the coupon. The number of remaining uses is listed on the coupon page.
7. Q:The code doesn’t work for online shopping. What’s happening?
A:When looking at a coupon, if there is no information about using the coupon online, it may be because the coupon can only be used from your mobile device. The coupon may also be expired.

8. Q:What are Preferences?
A:Preferences help you quickly find coupons for your favorite categories and retailers on the ClipZone website and mobile app. Select categories and retailers in Settings, then, when searching for coupons, turn Preferences ON to see coupons that match. More about Preferences
9. Q:What is Find?
A:Find is a tool in the mobile ClipZone application that allows you to conveniently browse coupons in your current location or any other location. Find also has filtering tools to make finding the coupons you want very easy. More about Find
10. Q:What is My Pouch?
A:My Pouch is the place to save coupons you are interested in, and is accessible from both the ClipZone website and mobile app. To save a coupon to My Pouch, click CLIP TO POUCH. Coupons in My Pouch can be accessed on your mobile device even when you don’t have an Internet connection or a GPS signal. More about My Pouch
11. Q:What is Near Me?
A:Near Me is available in the ClipZone mobile app. Just click on Near Me to see coupons in your area. Use the filters to find exactly the coupons you want. More about Near Me
12. Q:What are Near Me Alerts?
A:Alerts are available in the ClipZone mobile app and let you know when you’re near a retailer with a coupon that matches your preferences. Set up Alerts in Settings, then whenever the ClipZone mobile app is open on your phone, you’ll receive coupon alerts in vibrate, audio, or silent (badges only) mode. More about Near Me Alerts
13. Q:What is AutoClip?
A:ClipZone can automatically save coupons to your pouch. Select AutoClip categories and retailers in Settings, then whenever the ClipZone mobile app is open on your device, all nearby coupons that match will be saved to My Pouch.
14. Q:What is the ClipZone Clipper™?
A:The ClipZone Clipper is a web browser plug-in that allows you to clip coupons to your pouch from other websites. On the ClipZone website, sign in to your ClipZone account, download the ClipZone Clipper plug-in, and use it to clip coupons from other websites to your ClipZone pouch.
