Mark Abramson, Co- Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer
Mark leads the ClipZone team and wears many hats, including acting as Chief Technical Officer. Prior to ClipZone, Mark served as CEO of MTI, a provider of speech recognition hosting services. He was responsible for strategic development of MTI's technology and expansion of the company's live agent services on a nationwide basis, advancing its presence in the areas of IVR, audiotext, direct response, dealer locator, and telemarketing.
Mark has more than 39 years of experience in digital computer technology, over 35 years of experience in speech technology, and over 20 years of experience with geocoding and location-based services.
Mark also gained experience in telephony, where he developed a voice-controlled telephone set and established Voice Computer Technologies, Inc. (VCT) in 1980. He was Chairman and Executive Vice-President of Research and Development and generated the world's first IVR college class registration system. Mark and his marketing partner succeeded in raising $4 million in venture funds and private financing for the company before it was sold to Davox Corporation in 1984.
Mark graduated summa cum laude from Emory University with joint BS/MS degrees in Chemistry.

Darrell Knight, Executive Vice President
A seasoned leader and long-time entrepreneur, Darrell brings over 17 years of experience in management, operations, and leadership, with a distinguished record of year-over-year revenue increases and client base expansion. Prior to joining MTI/ClipZone, Darrell successfully established, built and sold three separate technology companies. Most recently he co-founded Arizan Corporation (Sept 2000) a wireless software start-up based in Atlanta, which was acquired by Research in Motion (NASDAQ:RIMM) in July 2002.
Darrell began his career in semiconductors with Texas Instruments, where he served as Product Manager for Text-to-Speech and Speech Recognition Technology. Darrell then joined Rasterex where he developed their European distribution channel. In 1987 he established his own software and hardware distribution business (Expert Graphics) with offices in the UK and USA. In 1989, he sold the UK operation to Telemetrix Ltd, a public UK-based manufacturing company, and focused his efforts on building the US operations of Expert Graphics, Inc which was acquired in 1999 by Rasterex (International) a.s., a Norwegian software development company.

John Broady, Chief Product Officer
John has had over 15 years of successful product management experience with many of the web’s leading companies. Before joining ClipZone, John served as Executive Director of Adobe Digital, Adobe’s in-house website optimization agency, where he brought site optimization solutions to the web’s top retailers, marketers and publishers. Using the power of Adobe’s tools, John led his team of 30 consultants in generating hundreds of millions of incremental dollars for customers.
Before joining Adobe in 2007, John served as a vice president of operations at CNET, where he managed both the development of advertising opportunities and the creation of vital business-analysis tools for the CNET Networks Entertainment properties.
John served as a Senior Product Manager for three years at Yahoo!, where he conceived, developed, and launched a highly successful back-end personalization system. Still an important part of the Yahoo! Sites today, the system shares users' site preferences among 17 Yahoo! properties. John started his career in the online industry in 1996 at GameSpot.com, the world’s leading videogame community site. During his first six years at GameSpot, he gained experience in nearly every area of the industry, including general management, production, sales, marketing, product management, editorial, design, and operations.

Lowell Clark, Co-Founder and Vice President of Development
Lowell is currently the Director of Software Solutions for MTI and ClipZone, where he manages a group of highly skilled software developers.
Starting with his first soccer team at the age of five, Lowell has always been a team player. He attributes his team spirit to his 18 years of playing soccer which is highlighted by playing on the Alabama State Soccer team for four years and attending the University of Mobile on a soccer scholarship where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Management Information Systems and minor in business.
After college, Lowell worked for several companies before joining Message Technologies Inc, in 2000. He immediately began to lead the way into a new development paradigm with his knowledge of Object Oriented Programming and understanding of cutting edge technologies.
Lowell has the proven ability to get the job done. He brings a variety of experience in many different software languages and demonstrates a mature understanding of how projects succeed as well as an unending enthusiasm for learning new techniques.
Since ClipZone’s inception, Lowell has been instrumental in providing input on the features and functionality of the product making him a perfect fit to be the Project Manager for ClipZone.

Carter Terry, Co-Founder and Vice President of Operations
Mr. Terry is a co-founder of ClipZone and is currently responsible for all I.T. infrastructure at MTI’s Network Operation Centers in Atlanta, Georgia and Dallas, Texas.
Over his career at MTI he has managed several large enterprise projects integrating hosted IVR capabilities with complex call center switch requirements. He developed a high-availability, redundant, data center infrastructure for the company. Mr. Terry was educated at Georgia Tech and Kennesaw State University and is also certified in numerous telephony and network specialties.
