1. Q:What is ClipZone?
A:ClipZone is a free mobile application and website that allows you to find coupons for local and online retailers. ClipZone finds local coupons wherever you are, alerts you when you’re near favorite retailers offering coupons, and even carries coupons for online shopping. Coupons can be clipped to a virtual pouch, and redeemed straight from your mobile device. Online coupons may be redeemed when shopping on the Internet. Get ClipZone now
2. Q:You say you can deliver coupons for places near me. How do you know where I am?
A:ClipZone uses GPS technology to determine your location.
3. Q:What if I want to find coupons in a place where I might be going?
A:You can find coupons for other locations too, using the Find tool in the ClipZone mobile app or ClipZone website. You can also expand or contract the search radius.
4. Q:How do I use the coupons?
A:You can find coupons on the website or your mobile device using ClipZone. When you find a coupon you like, clip it to My Pouch for later or use the coupon right away. If it’s a mobile coupon, just show the coupon (“Show and Save”) on your phone to the cashier just like any paper coupon. If it’s an online coupon, follow the instructions for using the coupon online.
5. Q:Can ClipZone tell me if I’m at a place where a coupon is available?
A:If you have ClipZone open on your mobile device, ClipZone can alert you about coupons that can be used at retailers near your current location. Alerts are easy to set up - once you have an account, go to Settings and set up Alerts.
6. Q:What if I am at a store but I don’t have a GPS or cell signal?
A:If you don’t have a GPS signal, ClipZone will give you the option of using your last GPS location or inputting a custom location. Also, ClipZone has a feature called ‘My Pouch’ where you can save coupons. If you’ve saved a coupon to My Pouch, you can use the coupon even if you don’t have a cell signal.
7. Q:Do you give my information to retailers?
A:While anonymous coupon usage statistics are shared with retailers, ClipZone does not provide any personally identifying information (ex. email address) to any retailers or other third parties.
8. Q:I have a different phone than the ones listed on your home page. Can I use ClipZone?
A:Currently, ClipZone is available for the Apple® iPhone™. Stay in the loop with email updates and we’ll let you know when ClipZone is available for new mobile devices.
9. Q:I don’t live in metro Atlanta, Georgia. Can I use ClipZone?
A:Yes! Although ClipZone carries coupons local to Metro Atlanta, we also carry coupons for select nationwide and online retailers. Stay in the loop with email updates.
